This is my simple, go-to recipe for making energy bars + bites. It's basic, which means its fine as is, but don't be afraid to get creative and play around with the suggested add-ins!

These are really simple to make as long as you have a good blender or food processor (who doesn't!?) and fit just about any lifestyle; dairy free, vegan, gluten free (select the appropriate oats).
